Beth Fitzpatrick has over 15 years of design & decorating experience.  Beth has worked as a senior designer at one of Chicagoland’s premier custom furniture and design companies.  Beth was chosen as the lead designer on the WGN “Home Makeover Giveaway” in 2005 and her work has earned her a long list of loyal clients.

Katie Schafer has spent 10 years in the home fashion industry, as a buyer and merchandiser, Katie relates her knowledge of merchandising directly to the home.  Katie takes her love for decorating and incorporates solid merchandising principles that position your home to sell faster and for top dollar.
